安装的是Tengine php7 mysql5.6
安装成功后，IP地址网页打不开
创建网站提示
the configuration file /usr/local/tengine/conf/nginx.conf syntax is ok
nginx: [emerg] setsockopt(SO_REUSEPORT) 0.0.0.0:80 failed (92: Protocol not available)
configuration file /usr/local/tengine/conf/nginx.conf test failed
Create virtualhost ... [FAILED]
