因为不能使用80和8080端口，如果想绑定主机和域名到非80端口要如何操作啊？

nginx ？
修改/usr/local/nginx/conf/vhost/www.example.com.conf 更改端口号
且开启iptables相应端口

是电信封的80和8080吧，唯一最好的解决方式就是SSL 用https:访问用的443端口没封
