到最后一步出现提示：
AH00526: Syntax error on line 23 of /usr/local/apache/conf/vhost/www.softhai.com.conf: Invalid command 'SSLEngine', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration
Creat virtualhost ... [FAILED]
下面是出现错误的截图，你这里不能上传图片，我就传我自己服务器了。

多次重复执行了吧？
rm -rf /usr/local/apache/conf/vhost/www.softhai.com.{crt,key} 后，再试试
rm -rf /usr/local/apache/conf/vhost/www.softhai.com.{crt,key} 后，再试试
