执行： php artisan key:generate
提示：
[RuntimeException]
No supported encrypter found. The cipher and / or key length are invalid.

oneistack 又禁用掉了什么东西么

/usr/local/php/etc/php.ini 中disable_functions注销重启php-fpm试试

passthru,exec,chroot,chgrp,chown,shell_exec,popen,ini_alter,ini_restore,dl,openlog,syslog,readlink,symlink,popepassthru,stream_socket_server 可以了，是其中哪个呢？
