docker 下安装oneinstack 失败

使用的ubuntu 16.04，用的是oneinstack-full.tar.gz 
安装前已更改为aliyun源，已执行  apt-get update
报错信息如下：

搜了一下问题，貌似docker安装的都失败了。管理员有时间测试下呗
