我发现tengine的启动脚本有问题

官方原版的service 启动脚本，stop和reload 的时候是直接调用killproc干掉进程的，然后restart的时候先stop,暂停3秒，然后再start,会出现一个问题，restart的时候如果进程不能不能在3s内关闭就会导致start失败。为何不适用nginx -s stop 和nginx -s reload呢？我更改后的脚本如下，这样restart就没有问题了，望采纳
